VIC: Vingroup receives share transfer from Xavinco Real Estate JSC

On May 11, 2013, the CEO of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved to receive the share transfer from the shareholders in Xavinco Real Estate Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Transferor: Xavinco Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

-         Estimated transferred shares: 20,805,000 shares (73% of Xavinco Real Estate JSC)

-         Stock type: common stock

After the transfer, Vingroup expects to own 21,375,000 shares or 75% of Xavinco Real Estate JSC.
