-         The Board of Directors decided to consult shareholders in writing on the choosing one of four auditing companies to audit for fiscal year 2013

+         Deloitte Viet Nam Company Ltd.

+         KPMG Viet Nam Company Ltd.

+         Ernst & Young Viet Nam Company Ltd.

Time of implementation: expected in May 2013.
