Hanoi Investment General Corporation announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013 of the Company, which was going to be on 16/05/2013, did not take place as planned because participants were 05 representing 3,241,302 shares (9.99% of voting rights which is less than 51% as required).
