BGM: BGM delays the 2013 Annual General Meeting

On May 15, 2013, the 2013 annual general meeting (the second time) of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company was held, but there were just 05 shareholders representing 3,892,400 shares (accounting for 23.17% of charter capital). Because the number of attending shareholders did not meet the required ratio, the Board of Directors and the Organization Board of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company decided:

-         To delay the annual general meeting of 2013 (the second time);

-         The Board of Directors will hold the annual general meeting of 2013 (the third time);

-         The meeting time and venue will be noticed.
