NHS: Board Resolution No.89

Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.89 dated May 28, 2013 as follows:

      The Board of Directors of Ninh Hoa Sugar JSC approved to sign an agreement with Thanh Thanh Cong Investment JSC. Accordingly, Thanh Thanh Cong Investment JSC will supply and set up security camera system, and supply consulting service to Ninh Hoa Sugar JSC.
