Produce and Trading Metal JSC announces the Board Resolution as follows: 1. Audited Financial statement 2012 by International auditing and financial consultancy Co., Ltd 2. Dividend payment 2012: 15% 3. Reserve for additional charter capital: 5% of profit after tax 4. Bonus and welfare fund: 5% of profit after tax 5. Remuneration for the BOD and the Supervisory Board 2013: VND408 million/year. If profit surpasses the plan, they will be awarded 7% of surpassed profit 6. Profit distribution 2013: from 12% 7. Amendment of the company’s charter which includes 21 chapters 52 clauses 8. Authorized the BOD to select auditor for FY 2013 9.
