• Par value: VND 10,000/ share
• Number of treasury shares before trading: 430,120 shares
• Volume registered to buy back: 34,805 shares
• Purpose: to buy back the shares from the employees who received the shares in ESOP 2009, 2010 and 2011 but left Vinamilk.
• Financial resource: from capital surplus and undistributed profit.
• Trading method: put-through method.
• Expected trading period: from June 10, 2013 to July 10, 2013.
