KBC: A BOD member resigns

On May 27, 2013, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation (Kinhbac City Group) approved the resignation of Mr. Chung Tri Phong from the Board. The resignation of Mr. Phong will be submitted to the 2013 annual general meeting of shareholders, and the election of an additional member to the Board of Directors for term 2012 – 2017 will be also conducted at the meeting.
