IDJ: Result of 1st AGM, Time and Place for 2nd AGM

IDJ Financial JSC announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013 of the Company, which was going to be on 24/04/2013, did not take place as planned because participants were 66 representing 7,359,300 shares (22.57 % of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
