Song Hong construction JSC (INCOMEX) announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013 of the Company, which was going to be on 25/04/2013, did not take place as planned because participants were 42 representing 6,246,992 shares (31.23% of voting rights which is less than 65% as required).
