ACB: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Asia Commercial Bank has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Listing 2,279,294 addition bonus shares of firt time and 391,324 addition bonus shares of second time
2. The BOD have to find out the volume of addition bonus shares of third time will be listing in 2013
3. Establishment of ACB Trading gold company., Ltd
