CMV: Personnel Change

According to Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2013 dated May 04, 2013, Camau Trading Joint Stock Company (stock code: CMV) announced the personnel change of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the Board of Managements as follows:

1.       The Board of Directors in term II (2013-2017):

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Anh- Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Thai Truong An - Member of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Member of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Duong Du Minh - Member of the Board of Directors.

-         Mr. Le Xuan Trinh - Member of the Board of Directors

2.       The Board of Supervisors in term II (2013-2017:

-         Mr. Tran Chi Hieu- Head of the Board of Supervisors.

-         Mr. Ngo The Anh- Member of the Board of Supervisors.

-         Mr. Nguyen Tan Tai- Member of the Board of Supervisors.

3.       The Board of Managements as follows:

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Anh: BOD Chairwoman cum CEO

-         Mr. Thai Truong An: a member of the Board of Directors cum CEO

-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ngoc: Deputy CEO

-         Mr. Phu Chi Anh: Deputy

-         Mr. Nguyen Tan Van: Chief Accountant.
