-          Ex-right date:                 June 07, 2013 

-          Record date:                  June 11, 2013 

-          Purpose:                       to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012 

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 40% (VND4,000/share)

-          Payment date:               June 28, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Becamex Asphalt and Concrete Joint Stock Company on working days from June 28.

-          Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
