SFI: Resolution on the 2012 dividend payment

Sea & Air Freight International announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on May 28, 2013:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2012 cash dividend:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:  15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-         Charter capital:               VND87,044,800,000

-         Financial resources:     Profit after tax

-         Total value:                      VND13,056,720,000

-         Record date:                   June 12, 2013

-         Payment date:                from July 12, 2013         

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sea & Air Freight International from July 12, 2013.

Article 2:  The Board of Directors authorized the Senior management to implement.

Article 3:  This resolution takes effect from May 28, 2013.
