VCF: Resolution on the 2nd dividend payment of 2012

Vinacafé Biên Hoa Joint - Stock Company (VINACAFÉ B.H) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the second cash dividend payment of 2012 dated May 27, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to close the shareholders list on June 10, 2013 to pay the second dividend of 2012.
