HOSE announces the record date for cash dividend payment of 2012 of Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company:

-         Stock symbol:   VIP

-         Ex-right date:     May 14, 2013

-         Record date:     May 16, 2013 

-         Purpose:            to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 3% (VND300/share)

-         Payment date:   May 28, 2013 

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (Finance and Accounting Department) Floor 9th – Central Tower, 43 Quang Trung St, Hong Bang Dist., Hai Phong City on working days from May 28, 2013.
