-         Ex-right date:    May 07, 2013 

-         Record date:    May 09, 2013 

-         Purpose:           to pay the last cash dividend payment of 2012

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 7% (VND700/share)

-         Payment date:  May 30, 2013 

Place of implementation:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at DOMESCO Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation, 66 Highway 30, My Phu Ward, Cao lanh city, Dong Thap Province on working days from May 30, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
