On April 23, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the third cash dividend payment of 2012 of Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3 (stock code: DRL) as follows:

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Par value: VND 10,000        

-         Ex-right date: May 08, 2013   

-         Record date: May 10, 2013

-         Reason & Purpose: to implement the third cash dividend payment of 2012.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 11.75%/ par value (VND 1,175/ share).

-         Payment date: May 27, 2013.

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power,  Nha Den Village, Eapo Commune, Cu Jut District, Dak Nong Province (on the working days) from May 27, 2013 and Please submit ID card.
