On April 17, 2013, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment of 2012 of Thu Duc Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: TDW) as follows:

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Par value: VND 10,000        

-         Ex-right date: April 26, 2013   

-         Record date: May 03, 2013

-         Reason & Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment of 2012.

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 12%/ par value (VND 1,200/ share).

-         Payment date: May 20, 2013.

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
