CNG: Announcement of BOD Chairman Election & Dividend Payment

CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.06/NQ-HDQT/2013 dated April 23, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Vu Tuan Ngoc as Chairman of the Board of Directors for term 2013 – 2018.

-         The Board of Directors assigned the CEO to fulfill necessary procedures to implement the third dividend installment of 2012 at least in June 2013.
