Article 2: Approved to change the venue of the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-         Address: Meeting hall of Son Ha International Corporation Block 2 CN1, Tu Liem small & medium industrial cluster, Minh Khai Commune, Tu Liem District, Ha Noi City.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect as from March 28, 2013.
