TNT: Board Resolution – Mar 28

Tai Nguyen Corporation announced the resolution of Meeting of the Board of Directors in March 28, 2013, as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved contents:

1. The Board of Directors denied the priority purchase rights of 11,232,000 shares of Tai Nguyen Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company.
2. The Board of Directors approved to transfer the priority purchase rights of 11,232,000 shares of Tai Nguyen Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company to other shareholders as from March 20, 2013:

-               Mr. Nguyen Gia Long: 7,350,000 shares

-               Mr. Doan Nang Tuan: 2,100,000 shares

-               Mr. Doan Van Tu: 1,782,000 shares

Article 2: Tai Nguyen Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company was not subsidiary of Tai Nguyen Corporation.

Article 3: This resolution shall take effect from March 28, 2013.
