HBC: Hoa Binh Corp to make a private placement of 10Mln shares

On March 26, 2013, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (Hoa Binh Corporation) signed a strategic partner agreement with PT. Nikko Securities Indonesia. According to the agreement, PT. Nikko Securities Indonesia will assign Lucerne Enterprise Ltd. as a representative to receive HBC share transfer.

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation will issue 10 million shares at VND20,681/share; and the transfer restriction will last for 02 years.
