SHI: Board Resolution March 26

Son Ha International Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 26, 2013 as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to change the purpose of building commercial houses to social houses and liquidate the investment capital trust receipt contracts of Ms. Do Minh Tam and Mr. Pham Quang Huy at Kien Hung Urban Area project.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect as from March 26, 2013.
