-          Profit: Q.I: 1.7 billions; Q.II: 2.3 billions

2. Approved plan for General Meeting of Shareholders 2013
3. Approved credits limits in short term = 155 billions VND and guarantee limits = 100 billions VND
4. Mr. Hoang Van Du – General Manager is assigned to be representavive on signing loan documents.
