Petrovietnam General Services Corporation (PETROSETCO) has established a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name of subsidiary: Petroleum Retail Services Joint Stock Company

-         Address: Floor 6, Petro Vietnam Building, 1-5 Le Duan, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Hochiminh City.

-         Charter capital: VND15 billion

-         PETROSETCO’s holding ratio: 60%.

-         Legal representative: Mr. Nguyen Phuong Huy (Director).
