LBM: Board Resolution _ Mar 18

Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company (LBM) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 18, 2013:

1. The Board of Directors approved the audited consolidated financial statement in 2012:

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2012 cash dividend at 13%.

2. The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to issue technical and economic norms.
3. The Board of Directors approved to invest in production of bricks by VND5.4 billion.
4. The Board of Directors approved to invest in tractor and trailer by VND2.5 billion.
5. The Board of Directors approved the record date for the 2013 Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2013

Record date: April 02, 2013.

6. The Board of Directors approved to elect 02 members to the Board of Directors in the term from 2011 to 2015:

Mr. Hau Van Tuan and Mr. Tran Dai Hien

Mr. Phan Dinh Trung replaced Mr. Le Nam Dong as a member of the Supervisory Board in the term from 2011 to 2015.

7. The Board of Directors approved the public tender offer of Lam Dong Investment and Hydraulic
8. The latter company will buy 600,000 LBM shares at VND10,500/share from May 02, 2013 to May 31, 2013.
