HOSE announces the record date for the third cash dividend payment of 2012 of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation:

-         Stock symbol:         GAS

-         Ex-right date:           May 15, 2013    

-         Record date:            May 17, 2013    

-         Purpose:                  to implement the third cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)

-         Payment date:         June 07, 2013    

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the head office of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation on the working days from June 07, 2013 and please submit ID card.
