The 2013 Annual General Meeting of Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company on Apr 16 unanimously elected additional members to the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for term 2011 - 2016 as follows:

-         Elected Mr. Tran Cong Quoc Bao as Member of the Board of Directors, effective from September 18, 2012.

-         Elected Mr. Le Thanh Tung as Member of the Board of Supervisors.
