LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company a personnel change as follows:

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Vu Cong Hung as CEO as from April 17, 2013.

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Hoang Minh Khai as Deputy CEO as from April 17, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Bui Duong Hung, Chairman of the BOD as the CEO as from April 17, 2013.

-         Appointing Mr. Hoang Minh Khai as Administrative Director

-         Appointing Mr. Phi Ngoc Anh as Construction Director.

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Minh Khang as Real Estate Director.

-         The Board of Directors approved to choose Ernst & Young Viet Nam audit firm for 2013
