-         Appointing Mr. Luong Nam Huu as a member of the Supervisory Board

-         Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Thang as a member of the Supervisory Board

-         Appointing Mr. Ha Viet Thang as a member of the BOD

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Luong Nam Huu, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Mr. Nguyen Minh Ban as member of the BOD in the term 2013-2018.

-         Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Mr. Phan Xuan Tung, as member of the Supervisory Board in the term 2013-2018.
