BMC: BIMICO announces the change of State representative right

Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company (BIMICO) announced the change of State representative right as follows:

On April 11, 2013, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province decided to separate joint stock companies from PISICO. Accordingly, the State’s capital represented by PISICO in BIMICO will be transferred to the Investment and Development Fund of Binh Dinh province.
