VHC: Vinh Hoan Corp withdraws 256 ESOP shares

On January 10, 2013, the Board of Directors of Vinh Hoan Corporation decided to withdraw 256 ESOP shares from Nguyen Duy Khuong, who left the corporation. These shares are restricted to be transferred and will be managed by VHC’s Trade Union in order to be distributed to other staff in next ESOPs.
