-         Number of outstanding shares: 700,462,055 shares

-         Treasury stock volume: 0 share

-         Issue volume expected: 227,650,168 shares

-         Total value issue: 2,276,501,680,000 dongs

-         Exercise ratio: 1000:325

-         Finance resource: the accumulative capital surplus until June 30, 2012.   

-         Record date:  January 24, 2013

-         Plan to deal with fractional shares

-         The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

For example: At the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 789 VIC shares, the calculation will be: 789 shares x 325/1,000 = 256.425 shares. After rounding down, the number of dividend he receives will be 256 VIC shares
