CMG: Notice of Capital Contribution

On November 19, 2012, CMC Corporation (CMG) has merged CMC Telecom into CMC TI. Since November 19, 2012, CMC Telecom has stopped operation and CMC TI has became subsidiary of CMC Corporation, rate ownership of CMC Corporation in CMC TI until December 31, 2012 was 72.36%.
