Notice of canceling auction of Thuan An Corporation as follows:

Until 4:00pm, January 17, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Thuan An Corporation by Khanh Hoa Trading and Investment Company (TIC) hold, there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.17/2012/QD-SGDHCM issued on December 24, 2012 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in M Thuan An Corporation by Khanh Hoa Trading and Investment Company (TIC) hold, the auction could not be organized.
