SABECO QUANG NGAI: Notice of canceling auction

Notice of canceling auction of SaiGon – QuangNgai Beer JSC (SABECO QUANG NGAI) as follows:

Until 4:00pm, December 20, 2012 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the SaiGon – QuangNgai Beer JSC (SABECO QUANG NGAI) by The Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) hold, there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.13/2012/QD-SGDHCM issued on November 30, 2012 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in SaiGon – QuangNgai Beer JSC (SABECO QUANG NGAI) by The Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex) hold, the auction could not be organized.
