NBB: Notice of the starting auction price

NBB Investment Corporation announced how to determine the starting price for share auction, according to the Board Resolution on October 16, 2012:

-         The starting price will be defined by 80% of NBB’s average close price of 10 consecutive sessions before the date when the State Securities Commission grants a certificate for new share issue. 

-         In case the starting price is inconsistent with the decision of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors will decide another starting price and report the change to the State Securities Commission as well as the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
