DAHC: Notice of canceling auction

Notice of canceling auction of the DAKR’TIH Hydropower Joint Stock Company (DAHC) as follows:

-            Until 4:00pm, September 12, 2012 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the DAKR’TIH Hydropower Joint Stock Company (DAHC), there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 13 of Decision No.09/2012/QD-SGDHCM issued on August 30, 2012 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in DAKR’TIH Hydropower Joint Stock Company (DAHC), the auction could not be organized.
