Board of Directors held a meeting and issued a resolution about a loan of VND80
billion from Ms. Quach Thu Thanh, an affiliated shareholder. The VND80-billion
loan will be disbursed in many times. The loan term
is 08 months and interest rate is 14%/year. The borrowing will be submitted to
consult shareholders in July 2012.
