TIMEX PETROL: Notice of canceling auction

Notice of canceling auction of Tin Nghia Petrol Joint Stock Company (TIMEX PETROL) as follows:

-     Until 4:00pm, July 18, 2012 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Tin Nghia Petrol Joint Stock Company (TIMEX PETROL), there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 13 of Decision No.08/2012/QD-SGDHCM issued on July 05, 2012 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in Tin Nghia Petrol Joint Stock Company (TIMEX PETROL), the auction could not be organized.
