PV Oil Mekong: Notice of canceling auction

Notice of canceling auction of Mekong Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PV Oil Mekong) as follows:

Until 4:00pm, January 11, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Mekong Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PV Oil Mekong) by Can Tho Lottery One Number of State Company Limited hold, there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.15/2012/QD-SGDHCM issued on December 19, 2012 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in Mekong Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PV Oil Mekong) by Can Tho Lottery One Number of State Company Limited hold, the auction could not be organized.
