Saigon VRG: Notice of canceling auction

Notice of canceling auction of the Saigon VRG Investment Holding Corporation (Saigon VRG) as follows:

Until 4:00pm, January 25, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Saigon VRG Investment Holding Corporation (Saigon VRG) by The Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) hold, there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.02/2013/QD-SGDHCM issued on January 02, 2013 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in Saigon VRG Investment Holding Corporation (Saigon VRG) by The Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG) hold, the auction could not be organized.
