BIDV delays the listing of stock

After receiving the approval from the Prime Minister, the State Bank of Vietnam, on January 10, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Office Document No.44/2013/SGDHCM-NY to allow BIDV to delay the listing of BIDV’s shares until an appropriate time.

      The Hochiminh Stock Exchange suggested BIDV report the change of listing date of BIDV’s shares in the next general meeting of shareholders. BIDV must fulfill profile before the official trading date.
