On January 07, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.03/2013/QD-SGDHCM on delisting stock of Vinafco Joint Stock Corporation:

-         Effective delisting date          : January 31, 2013

Reason: voluntary delisting according the Resolution of AGM 2011 dated April 19, 2012.
