Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCCI) has announced the establishment of subsidiary (100% capital invested by BCCI) as follows:

-         Subsidiary: BCCI Limited Company

-         Abbreviation name: MBC

-         Charter capital: VND30 billion

-         Main business functions: planting, breeding, aquaculture production; real estate; sports equipment for hire, trade center management, etc.
