Saigon General Service Corporation (SAVICO) has finished transferring its entire stake in Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB):

-         Number of transferred shares: 12,138,815 shares

-         Transfer price: VND11,000/share

-         Total transfer value: VND133,526,965,000.
