DCL: Resolution on EGM

Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation announced the resolution of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM) as follows:

Article 1: EGM approved the resignation:

Approving the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Chi and Mr. Le Trung Hieu as a Member of the Board of Directors

Approving the resignation of Mr. Ronnie De Ocampo as a Member of the Supervisory Board

Article 2: EGM approved to elect another member to the Board of Directors and another member to the Supervisory Board in the term 2012 to 2016
