-         Ratio of investment shares: from 10% to 20% stake according charter capital of SEC

-         Number of investment shares: from 1,740,658 shares to 3,481,316 shares

-         Trading method: order matching or put through

-         Capital source: internal finance

-         Time of implementation:  within 60 days from the date of enough trading conditions.
