NSI: Explanation for business result in Quarter 3/2012

National Securities Incorporation (NSI) explained the fluctuation in business result between Quarter 3/2012 and Quarter 3/2011 according to the financial statements:

Loss after tax in Quarter 3/2012 was VND796,591,639 because  Common difficulties in the stock market have affected the Company’s activities, especially its brokerage, so revenue from brokerage was VND559,944,443 and other revenue was VND594,830,406. While expenses were paid to HNX, HOSE … which was VND280,452,765 and general and administrative expenses was VND1,502,969,229.

Business result in Quarter 3/2012 increased 63% compared to in Quarter 3/2012 because revenue per active stockbroker increased 130%, other revenue increased 114%, general and administrative expenses decreased 45%.
